Portrait Service Terms & Conditions
By purchasing the Personalised Portrait Service / Pet Portrait Service, the Purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions:

The Purchaser agrees to pay the amount stated on the invoice provided by the Artist by the due date.

The description of the artwork is stated on the invoice.

The Purchaser understands that this is an art service involving the Artist’s personal interpretation of the subject(s) portrayed. Therefore, the finished Portrait may not fully reflect the Purchaser’s expectations. The Purchaser has reviewed the example artworks on the Artist’s website for reference.

This service is non-refundable.

The Purchaser may request modifications to the content of the Portrait within 24 hours of receiving the payment confirmation email. Such requests will be granted only if the Artist has not yet commenced work on the Portrait. If granted, the delivery timeframe will be adjusted accordingly, and the Purchaser will be informed via email.

The working timeframe for the Portrait begins when the Purchaser receives the payment confirmation and is stated on the invoice. The promised delivery time may be adjusted according to the customisation content, with a maximum extension of two working days. The Artist shall notify the Purchaser if the Portrait cannot be delivered within the promised timeframe.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Artist will send the Portrait and/or Timelapse Video to the Purchaser’s email address as provided in the order form. The Purchaser may request the Artist to resend the file(s) if they are not delivered for any reason, within two weeks of the artwork’s completion date. Requests made after this period may not be granted as the files may no longer be retained by the Artist.

The Artist retains the copyright to the Portrait and may use reproductions of the Portrait in advertisements for his work and business on the internet or in other promotional materials. The Portrait may not be reproduced or altered without the Artist’s written consent.

Cancellation: If the Artist does not complete the Portrait as described under (2) Description of the Artwork and (6) Timeframe (including the possible maximum two working days extension), and delivery is not hindered by Force Majeure or any circumstances on the Purchaser’s side, the Purchaser may cancel their order unless the situation is rectified following a written warning with a reasonable deadline. Upon cancellation, both parties’ obligations are nullified. However, the Artist shall offer the Purchaser a discount agreed by both parties, not exceeding 50% of the original total price. In case of cancellation, the Artist will issue a full refund to the Purchaser in the original payment currency.

Privacy: The Artist respects the Purchaser’s privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information shared during the transaction. The Purchaser’s contact details and any other personal information will be used solely for the purpose of completing the order and will not be shared with third parties.

This Agreement is governed by Hong Kong law.
