How to Order

Fill out the Order Form.

Upload the reference photos along with the order form (the upload function is in the form).

You will receive the invoice with instructions for payment. The payment instructions can be found here or in the invoice. If there are any issues with your reference photos, customisation requests, or anything else, I will contact you by email, so no worries.

After the payment is received, the working timeframe will start. The completed image will be sent to the email address you provided in the order form.

Customisation
Size & Ratio
The standard ratio is 4:5. It can be adjusted according to your preference and the number of subjects. The size can be increased to higher resolution if you wish to print it in a large format like a poster.
Background
The default background is a solid plain colour with or without a gradient. You may ask me to add extra stuff like patterns, decorations or other graphic elements according to your liking.
Accessory
Accessories that can be added are: collars, hats, glasses, and some festive and seasonal things.
Clothing
Adding clothes on the animal is mostly possible.
Multiple Subjects
Extra subjects can be added, up to 4 animals in one painting. It's better that the reference photo already shows all the subjects you want to be included. Otherwise, please consult with me first.

FAQ
1. My reference photo is old and of low quality (e.g small printed old photo, no digital version), can you still paint a portrait out of it?
I’ll try my best to enhance it to an optimal condition. However, the end result may vary. Feel free to consult with me first.
2. My reference photo is in greyscale only, can you paint in colour?
It’s recommended that you order a greyscale portrait instead. It’s possible to do it but not as part of this service. I can take it as in individual private project. You can contact me directly about it if that’s the case.
3. Can I modify the customisation / change the reference photo / make any other changes after the order is placed and paid?
You can check with me within 24 hours after you receive the payment confirmation, it’s still possible if I haven’t started working on your painting yet. However, it will delay the delivery timeframe.
